Steve brings over 45 years of real estate experience in sales, leasing, and advisory services for commercial properties and development sites in Southwest and Central Florida. As CEO and Qualifying Broker, he oversees strategic planning, leadership, and operational analysis. With a background that includes roles as Managing Director of SVN, KOVA Fort Myers, and Partner of LandQwest Commercial, Steve's expertise includes investment sales, land development sites, and specialty assignments such as court-appointed receiver roles. He is recognized as a state-certified general real estate appraiser (RZ 300) and holds a Florida Real Estate Broker license. Steve is also actively involved in community service, having previously served on the Board of Directors for the Salvation Army and YMCA.
